Accello’s existing site was in urgent need of a make over and ready in time for a trade-show. But what started as a revision of an existing site soon became a whole new design. As more information was going to be added a different structure had to be put together and it needed a new look that would align with Accello’s brand and what they offer.
Brief
Accello offers services within management, business development and sales with core values of quality, efficiency and structure. Their customers are goal-oriented CEOs and business developers so the site needed to get to the point with a direct message.

The challenge
The challenge was to do this on a very limited budget and with a tight deadline. The budget didn’t allow for a pre-study and left limited room for conceptual work.
As the site would have to carry a lot of content and be text heavy it also needed a simple and logical structure for the end-user.
Solution
I concentrated on simplicity, both as far as structure and design, cutting long sections of text into smaller parts with large subheadings. Each page has a clear call to action with a friendly and personal tone. The style – a minimalistic corporate look with deep blue colors.
